Junk food is enticing especially if you do not have enough time to cook or are in a hurry. However, to lose love handles, you need to stay clear of junk foods. Take it upon yourself to ensure that junk foods, i.e. cookies, crisps and chocolates are not in stock in your house. Crisps and fries are known to have high levels of fats which when consumed only functions to add more fat to the body .

Getting rid of junk food from the house takes strong will. This is because in as much as we know they are not good for our health, somehow we keep consuming them.

Due to the bustle and hustle that we go through each day, we have turned into an instance society. As a result a majority of us stock our houses with processed foods. Processed foods are known to be rich in refined sugar. Once in the body they are automatically absorbed by the blood and if the body is inactive, then they are converted into fat.

However, if we were to take the time to prepare and eat cooked meals then love handles would be a thing of the past. In addition, fresh fruits and vegetables rich in high fibers are known to burn fat in the body .

Tip # 4 to lose love handles

This tip directly affects persons who love to consume alcohol but still want to dispose of love handles. In order to get rid of the excess fats stored in the belly and body as a whole then you need to cut down on your alcohol intake especially beer. Fact, 1gm of alcohol is equivalent to 7 calories. Multiply this by the number of grams the bottle contains and you will know how the amount of fat that you are consuming.
