Dominoes or dominos, usually refers to the individual or collective gaming pieces making up a domino set. Standard domino set consist of 28 pieces called bones, cards, tiles, stones, spinners or dominoes. Each bone is a rectangular tile with a line dividing its face into two four-sided figure ends. 1. When playing a double, it can be placed diagonally straddling the tile it is connected to.
