Devices such as fax equipment, caller ID boxes, or phones that split the same phone number as you DSL account need a line sift that prevents modem noise from troublesome the DSL indication on the phone line. Filters that will be provide are of the two-to-one adapter type. This filter must be plug into the phone jack per the instructions below.

You will need to install a Network boundary Card (NIC) if your processor does not by now have one install. Pass on to your computer or NIC manufacturer's documentation for complete setting up instructions.
With your computer off, connect the Ethernet wire to the Ethernet port on the DSL modem.
Connect the other end of this wire to the NIC in your computer
Plug the DSL cable into the DSL harbor on the modem.
Plug the other end of the DSL wire into the DSL filter installed into the phone jack earlier.
Plug the power adapter into the back of the DSL modem, and the other end keen on the wall outlet.
Download the RASPPPoE records file & save it to folder where you can discover it later.
Go to the folder where you saved the documentation & uncompress this archive.
When the second glow on the DSL modem is solid green, click connect.
